Москва нуфузи низомию сиёсии худро дар Туркманистон афзоиш медиҳад

Рӯзи 9-уми ноябр президенти Русия Владимир Путин қонун «Дар бораи тасвиби Созишномаи Русия ва Туркманистон дар бораи ҳамкорӣ дар соҳаи амният» -ро имзо кард. Санади мазкур дар портали расмии иттилооти ҳуқуқии Федератсияи Русия нашр шудааст.

Созишнома дар Москва рӯзи 10-уми апрели соли 2003 ба имзо расида буд, моҳи август ин санад барои баррасӣ ба Думаи давлатӣ пешниҳод карда шуд. Рӯзи 21-уми октябр ин қонун аз ҷониби вакилони Думаи давлатӣ ба тасвиб расид. Парлумони Туркманистон бошад ин санадро рӯзи 24-уми октябр ба тасвиб расонд.

Дар ҳуҷҷат қайд карда мешавад, ки кишварҳо барои баланд бардоштани субот ва амният дар Осиёи Марказӣ ва дар маҷмӯъ дар ҷаҳон ҳамкорӣ хоҳанд кард. Дар доираи ин ҳамкорӣ, ҷонибҳо ӯҳдадор мешаванд, ки «фаъолиятҳои сиёсии худро» ҳамоҳанг бисозанд.

Бояд гуфт, ки Туркманистон ҳамеша аз ҳамкории наздик бо Москва дар канор буд ва аз ин рӯ, ин созишнома барои бисёриҳо ногаҳонӣ гардид. Коршиносон истисно намекунанд, ки маҳз афзоиши норозигии мардуми Туркманистон режими Бердимуҳамедовро маҷбур кард, ки барои кафолати амният ба Русия муроҷиат кунад, то дар сурати шӯриши мардумӣ дастгирии низомии Кремлро ба даст орад.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии «Хабарҳо» барои таъмин намудани ҷомеа бо баҳогузории мустақил ва объективӣ аз воқеаҳое, ки дар саросари ҷаҳон, Осиёи Марказӣ дар умум ва хусусан дар Тоҷикистон рӯй медиҳад, тасмим гирифтааст. Инчунин портал дар назди худ вазифа гузошт, ки ба воқеаю ҳодисаҳое, ки вобаста бо Ислом ва мусулмонони тамоми ҷаҳон рӯйдиҳанда равшанӣ дарорад. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
