 Додгоҳи шаҳрӣ Санкт Петербург рад шудани оғози парвандаи ҷиноӣ оиди кашида гирифтани писари панҷмоҳаи шаҳрванди Тоҷикистон Зарина Юнусова Умаралӣ Назаровро, ки дар маркази тиббии махсус фавтидааст қонунӣ шуморид.

Додгоҳи шаҳрӣ Петербург шикояти аппелятсиони нисбати рад намудани шӯъбаи тафтишотии ноҳияи Адмиралтейскии саридораи тафтишотии Кумитаи тафтишотии Русия оғоз намудани парвандаи ҷиноӣ нисбати кормандони Идораи Федероли Муҳоҷиратии Русия ва полис, ки моҳи октябри соли 2015 дар кашида гирифтани писари Зарина Юнусова алоқадор буданд қонеъ гардонида нашуд. Сониян пас аз камтар аз якшабонарӯз писари Зарина Юнусова аз бемории вирусӣ дар касалхона фавтидааст.

Коршиносон боиси ба марг расидани кӯдакро сирояти олудаи вирусӣ ситомегаловирус ва парагрипп номиданд. Ҳукумати Тоҷикистон гузарондани ташхиси мустақилонаи боиси фавтидани кӯдакро нахостаанд. Моҳи октябри соли 2016 Кумитаи тафтишоти парвандаи ҷиноӣ оиди фавтидани кӯдакро барои дарёфт нагардидани «ҳолати ҷиноят» қатъ намуд. Оғоз намудани парвандаи ҷиноӣ нисбати кормандони Идораи Федероли Муҳоҷиратии Русия ва полис рад карда шуд. Ҳимоятгарон Юрий Серов ва Олга Сейтлина таъкид менамоянд, ки қудратиён ҳуқуқи кашида гирифтани кӯдакро аз модараш надоштанд.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
