The Washington Post: низомиёни чинӣ дар Тоҷикистон

Тибқи иттилои The Washington Post, дар қаламрави Тоҷикистон гузаргоҳҳои марзии Чин ҷойгир шудааст. Чи тавре ки Гарри Ших менависад, гузаргоҳи чинӣ дар нуқтаи гузаргоҳи афғонии Ваҳон дар қаламрави ноҳияи Мурғоби Тоҷикистон ҷойгир шудааст. Аз рӯи иқроршавии Гарри Ших, худи ӯ «пойгоҳи хурди низомӣ» Чинро дар вақти сафари охиринаш дар марзи Тоҷикистону Афғонистон ташриф овардааст.

Ба гуфтаи Гарри Ших, дар бозори маҳаллии Мурғоб бо низомиёни чин вохӯрдааст. Яке аз низомиёни чинӣ ба хабарнигор иброз намудааст, ки се-чор сол аст онҳо дар қаламрави Тоҷикистон қарор доранд.

Хабарнигор қайд мекунад, ки дар даромадгоҳи гузаргоҳ байрақҳои ҶМЧ ва Тоҷикистон намоён мебошад. Ҳамчун далел Гарри Ших наворҳои аз моҳвора гирифта шударо меорад, ки дар он акси бинои на онқадар калон, казарма ва майдони машқӣ намоён мебошад.

Сокинони маҳаллӣ низ чунин маълумотро тасдиқ карда, иброз намудаанд, ки дар Мурғоб садҳо низомиёни чинӣ хизмати ҳарбӣ мегузаранд. Низомиёни чинӣ дар бозори маҳаллӣ садҳо кило гӯшт харидори менамоянд.

Мутахассисон қайд мекунанд, ки ҳукумати Тоҷикистон ҳузур доштани низомиёни чиниро пинҳон мекунанд. Афзоиши ғасби иқтисодии чинӣ дар мардум нохушнудиро пайдо карда, безобитагиро меафзояд.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии «Хабарҳо» барои таъмин намудани ҷомеа бо баҳогузории мустақил ва объективӣ аз воқеаҳое, ки дар саросари ҷаҳон, Осиёи Марказӣ дар умум ва хусусан дар Тоҷикистон рӯй медиҳад, тасмим гирифтааст. Инчунин портал дар назди худ вазифа гузошт, ки ба воқеаю ҳодисаҳое, ки вобаста бо Ислом ва мусулмонони тамоми ҷаҳон рӯйдиҳанда равшанӣ дарорад. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
