Тоҷикистон: афзоиши таввалуд ва рукуди иқтисод

Шароити гарони иқтисодӣ, аз ҷумла норасогии ҷои зист, ёфт нашудани ҷои кор ва сатҳи пасти зиндагӣ дар Тоҷикистон ин натиҷаи афзоиш ёфтани таввалудшавӣ ва зиёдшавии аҳолӣ мебошад, айнан чунин ақидаро ҳукумати Тоҷикистон иброз намуд.

Сардори хадамоти хизматрасонӣ ба модар ва кӯдаки назди Вазорати тандурустӣ ҶТ Шералӣ Раҳматуллоев тасдиқ намуд, ки ҳукумати Тоҷикистон кӯшиш дорад, то ин ки таввалудшавӣ дар миёни аҳолӣ коҳиш ёбад ва иброз намуд: «Чанд сол аст, ки тадбирҳо оиди банақшагирии оила, тандурустии модару кӯдак, танзими демографӣ ба роҳ монда шудааст». Инчунин ӯ гуфт: «Услубҳои контрасептӣ ба монанди рифола, илтивои бачадон дар ҳамаи марказҳои тандурустӣ ва шифохонаҳо ба занон ройгон тақсим карда мешавад. Вале муаммо дар он аст, ки аҳолӣ то ҳол ба воситаҳои контрасептӣ беэътиноӣ мекунанд».

Иқтисодчиён баръакс бар он ақидаанд, иқтисоди кишваре, ки 70%-и аҳолияшро ҷавонони синну солашон то 30 сола мебошад, бояд бо тезӣ рушд намояд. Аз ин рӯ, маълум мешавад, ки муаммои аслӣ на дар афзоиши таввалудшавии аҳолӣ, балки дар татбиқшавии низоми иқтисоди секуляристии зараровар дар баробари коррупсияи анъанавӣ гӯшношуниди режими Раҳмон мебошад.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии «Хабарҳо» барои таъмин намудани ҷомеа бо баҳогузории мустақил ва объективӣ аз воқеаҳое, ки дар саросари ҷаҳон, Осиёи Марказӣ дар умум ва хусусан дар Тоҷикистон рӯй медиҳад, тасмим гирифтааст. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
