Тоҷикистон: маъданҳои нуқра ба чиниҳо супурда шуд

Интиқоли конҳои нуқра ба сармоягузорони чинӣ аз тарафи парлумони Тоҷикистон ба тасвиб расид. Инчунин ширкати чиниро аз супоридани андоз дар муддати ҳафт сол озод намуданд, дар ин хусус радиои Озодӣ ба раиси Кумитаи давлатӣ сармоягузории Тоҷикистон Фаррух Ҳамролизода такя намуда иттило медиҳад.

Кони нуқраи «Якҷилва» ки ба чиниҳо супурда шудааст дар ноҳияи Мурғоби кӯҳи Помир дар баландии 4500 метр аз сатҳи баҳр ҷойгир аст. Ин баландтарин кони кӯҳ дар кишвар ба ҳисоб меравад.

Ба ақидаи Ҳамролизода, аз супурдани кони мазкур ба чиниҳо Тоҷикистон манфиати даромад аз андоз ба буҷаи давлат бояд ба даст орад, вале тибқи шартнома ҳафт соли аввал ба буҷаи давлат чизе ворид намешавад. Зеро ҳукумат ширкатро аз пардохти андоз ва боҷ барои вориди ҷиҳозҳо ва техника озод намудааст.

Ёдрас мекунем, ки кони фулузҳои қимматбаҳои мазкур ягона коне нест, ки ба ширкатҳои чинӣ супурда мешавад. То ба имрӯз даҳҳо конҳои тиллоӣ дар Тоҷикистон аллакай ба ширкатҳои чинӣ супурда шудааст. Ҳарчанд аҳолии кишвар ба чунин кори ҳукумат розӣ нестанд, вале ҳукумат ба ин аҳамият надода, захираҳои мардуми Тоҷикистонро ба ширкатҳои давлати хориҷӣ супориданро идома медиҳад.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии «Хабарҳо» барои таъмин намудани ҷомеа бо баҳогузории мустақил ва объективӣ аз воқеаҳое, ки дар саросари ҷаҳон, Осиёи Марказӣ дар умум ва хусусан дар Тоҷикистон рӯй медиҳад, тасмим гирифтааст. Инчунин портал дар назди худ вазифа гузошт, ки ба воқеаю ҳодисаҳое, ки вобаста бо Ислом ва мусулмонони тамоми ҷаҳон рӯйдиҳанда равшанӣ дарорад. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
