«International Crisis Group» оиди муваффақиятҳои Раҳмон

Гурӯҳи Бӯҳрони Байналхалқӣ (International Crisis Group) маърӯзаеро бо номи «The Rising Risks of Misrule in Tajikistan», вазъияти сиёсӣ дар Тоҷикистон нашр намудааст.

Дар ҳисоботи ташкилот ҷанбаҳои зерин вобаста бо раисҷумҳур Раҳмон ва ҳукмрониаш қайд шудааст:

Тӯли 25 соли истиқлолият кишвар ба ботлоқи қашшоқи ғӯтидааст;
Сатҳи фасод ба қулаҳои ниҳоят баланд баромадааст;
Ҳамаи қудрат дар ихтиёри як оила мутамарказ гардонида шудааст;
Сеяки аҳолии Тоҷикистон аз гуруснаги азият мекашанд, сабаби асосии сеяки марги кӯдакон дар гуруснаги мебошад, ки аз нишондодҳои кишварҳои собиқ Иттиҳоди Шӯравӣ баланд аст.

Инчунин, дар маърӯза гуфта шудааст, ки тайи ду соли ахир Раҳмон фазои сиёсиро аз ҳама гурӯҳу шахсҳо, ки барои ҳукумати худ ҳамчун таҳдид меҳисобид, тоза намудааст. Дар кишвар ба ғайр аз раисҷумҳур ва оилааш дигар ҳеҷ қуввати сиёсии тавоно ва муташаккил боқӣ намондааст ва ҳоло танҳо манфиатҳои Раҳмон ба мавзӯъи асосӣ қарор ёфтааст. «Тоҷирон таи ду даҳсолаҳо инҷониб ҳаҷми калони маводи мухаддирро аз сарҳади Афғонистон мекашонанд ва бо ин даромади кормандони хадамоти амниятро таъмин мекунанд, ки дар навбати худ онҳо Раҳмон ва атрофиёни наздикашро дастгири менамоянд», гуфта шудааст дар маърӯза.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии «Хабарҳо» барои таъмин намудани ҷомеа бо баҳогузории мустақил ва объективӣ аз воқеаҳое, ки дар саросари ҷаҳон, Осиёи Марказӣ дар умум ва хусусан дар Тоҷикистон рӯй медиҳад, тасмим гирифтааст. Инчунин портал дар назди худ вазифа гузошт, ки ба воқеаю ҳодисаҳое, ки вобаста бо Ислом ва мусулмонони тамоми ҷаҳон рӯйдиҳанда равшанӣ дарорад. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
