Ҳукми навбатӣ барои риоя намудани Ислом

Дар ноҳияи Бобоҷон Ғафурови вилояти Суғди Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон сокини маҳаллӣ 32 сола Убайдулло Шарипов барои риоя намудани Ислом ба муддати 5 сол маҳкум гардид. Додгоҳи ноҳияи Бобоҷон Ғафуров Убайдулло Шариповро айбдор дониста бо моддаи 307 прим 3 қисми 2 (Ташкили фаъолияти ҳизбҳои сиёсӣ, иттиҳодияҳои ҷамъиятӣ, динӣ ё дигар ташкилоте, ки нисбати он аз ҷониби суд қарори эътибори қонунӣ пайдо карда, дар бораи барҳам додан, ё манъи фаъолияташ бо сабаби ба амал баровардани фаъолияти экстремистӣ қабул шудааст) Кодекси ҷиноӣ ҶТ маҳкум намуд.

Тибқи гуфтаҳои судя, Шарипов моҳи майи соли 2017 аз тарафи кормандони идораи Кумитаи давлатии амнияти миллӣ вилояти Суғд дастгир шудааст.

Дар рафти мурофияи судӣ аниқ гардид, ки маҳкумшуда соли 2014 бо хоҳиши худ ба сафи ҷараёни динии мамнӯъшуда дар Тоҷикистон «Салафия» ҳамроҳ шуда, то вақти дастгиршавиаш бо «ташвиқоти динӣ» машғул будааст.

Инчунин портал дар назди худ вазифа гузошт, ки ба воқеаю ҳодисаҳое, ки вобаста бо Ислом ва мусулмонони тамоми ҷаҳон рӯйдиҳанда равшанӣ дарорад. Портали «Хабарҳо» бо блогерҳо, сиёсатшиносони мустақил ва бо коршиносони тамоми соҳа ва аз тамоми ҷаҳон, инчунин аз Тоҷикистон ҳамкорӣ мекунад. Дар кишварҳои Осиёи Марказӣ портали «Хабарҳо» манбаҳои мустақили хусусӣ дорад ва дар вақти нашр кардан манбаҳо барои тасдиқ ё инкор намудани воқеаҳо истифода бурда мешавад. Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
