Арабистони Саудӣ дар нимҷазира пляжҳо воз мекунад

Арабистони Саудӣ эълон намуд, ки садҳо километри соҳилҳои худро дар баҳри Сурх нияти ба курорти ҷалбкунандаи саёҳҳони тамоми ҷаҳон табдил додан дорад. Ташкилкунии минтақаҳои дамгирӣ дар нимҷазира як қисми нақшаи Vision 2030 буда, аз тарафи шоҳписари тоҷдори шоҳигарӣ Муҳаммад ибни Салмон тақдим карда шудааст, ки баровардани иқтисоди кишварро ба таърихи баландравии нафт ваъда додааст.

Тибқи баҳогузории мутахассисон лоҳиҳаи пешкашшуда танҳо дар як ҳолат метавонад танозӯъ шавад, ки агар ба саёҳатчиёни пляжи Саудия машруботи спиртдор ва либоси озод иҷозат диҳанд, ки дар дигар минтақаҳои шоҳигарӣ мамнӯъ мебошад. Вобаста бо он дар минтақаи курортии пешоянд нақшаи ташкили «ниммухторияти» ҳуқуқӣ карда шудааст, ки бо «қонунҳои мустақил ва базаи нормативӣ ба танзим дароварда мешавад, ки аз ҷониби кумитаи ҷузъӣ коркард ва идора кардан дар назар дошта шудааст».

Бо вуҷуди он, онҳо медонанд, ки ин нақша хашми мардумро меорад, вале ҳукуматдорон дониста истода нақшаро бе шитобона ҷомаи амал пӯшониданиянд ва аҳолиро мехоҳанд ба озодшавии ахлоқи ногузир одат кунонанд. Оғози марҳалаи якум дар нимсолаи дуюми соли 2019 ва ба итмомрасии он ба охири соли 2022 ба нақша гирифта шудааст.

Портали иттилоотӣ-таҳлилии “Хабарҳо” мустақил буда, бо ягон гурӯҳҳои мухолифин ё ҳокимиятҳои Осиёи Марказӣ ҳамкорӣ намекунад.
